青椒馅水饺</SPAN>
主料:</SPAN>猪肉馅一斤</SPAN>
辅料:</SPAN>青椒两个,尖椒一个,葱,姜</SPAN>
调料:</SPAN>盐,酱油,花椒粉,盐,植物油</SPAN>
 </SPAN>烹制方法:</SPAN>
1</SPAN>、</SPAN>把青椒和尖椒洗净去籽,切碎。做青椒馅饺子的时候,放个尖椒味道更好。</SPAN>
2</SPAN>、</SPAN>在切碎的青椒碎里,放入少量的盐给青椒脱水。</SPAN>
3</SPAN>、</SPAN>把青椒稀出来的汁倒入小碗,一会用来调馅,在脱了水的青椒中放入少量植物油抓一下。</SPAN>
4</SPAN>、</SPAN>把</SPAN> 25</SPAN>克</SPAN>的葱花和</SPAN>10</SPAN>克</SPAN>的姜蓉放到猪肉馅里,然后加入</SPAN>10</SPAN>毫升的酱油,</SPAN>3</SPAN>克</SPAN>花椒粉,青椒汁,然后加入少量的植物油,再次将肉馅搅匀,要朝一个方向将肉馅搅上劲。</SPAN>
 </SPAN>5</SPAN>、</SPAN>搅拌均匀的成品肉馅。青椒不需要剁得非常碎,剁成稍微小一定的丁就可以,可千万不要剁成蓉啊。</SPAN>
 
(放青椒汁可以让肉馅里青椒的味道更浓郁而且肉吃起来更嫩,放入少量的植物油是为了让肉馅够润)。</SPAN>
