炎热暑期如何制作凉拌菜</STRONG>
蒜泥莴苣</STRONG>

  制作:</SPAN>
  </SPAN>1</SPAN>、将莴苣刮去皮,切成长</SPAN>5</SPAN>厘米、宽厚各</SPAN>1</SPAN>厘米的条,大蒜去皮,捣成泥。</SPAN>
2</SPAN>、将莴苣放人盐中拌匀,腌出水后,沥去余汁装盘,放人蒜泥、香油、醋拌匀入盘即成。</SPAN>
3</SPAN>、莴苣叶也可以食用,用沸水焯一下,控净水放入容器,加入蒜泥、麻酱均可食用。</SPAN>
