上次说到火锅锅底，我就说，我们这里买不到猪筒子骨（也就是的大棒骨）。不过那天我在广告上意外找到了牛腿，而且赶上打折，决定立刻拿下。 这些天，气温都在零度左右，来碗简单的清汤牛肉面吧。 老规矩，上原料。 原料： 1，牛腿一块 2，黄芪，生姜，茯苓，枸杞，葱段 过程： 1，牛腿放凉水锅里用中火烧沸片刻，煮出血水后倒出洗净。 2，取用大锅放入牛腿，加满水，下原料2（我放在茶叶滤袋里面了。滤袋一欧元一百个，经济实惠，非常耐用。）、绍酒烧沸，撇去浮沫，改用微火保持沸而不腾，炖3小时至酥。 3，来说说面条，心情好的时候，我会做手擀面。心情一般，我用面条机（别的不说，我的工具还是很齐全的）。心情不好，那就直接用挂面吧。 来张面条机压的面条 4，将面条煮好，捞入碗中。盛碗汤，摆上牛肉，洒香葱、香菜末。完成。 最近饭量见小，体重虽然还没改变，不过我满是希望能够减几斤。一顿饭，我也就吃了三分之一碗面条。 再来推荐几款汤面。 简单快捷排毒养颜——油菜虾仁面 川式红烧牛肉面 罗送汤——西红柿牛肉汤 玉米排骨汤 祝愿大家都能健康每一天！ |
