做法:</SPAN>
1</SPAN>,肉馅中加入适量料酒,五香粉,葱姜末,盐,用筷子按顺时针方向搅拌成糊状待</SPAN>

2</SPAN>,鸡蛋磕入碗中用筷子搅成糊状待用。</SPAN>
3</SPAN>,取平锅置火上,待锅烧热后倒少许食用油,转动平锅使油均匀地沾满锅底,改小火,倒入少许蛋液并转动平锅摊成薄蛋饼待用。</SPAN>
4</SPAN>,取蛋饼放在菜板上,倒适量水淀粉抹匀,其上放搅好的肉馅一薄层,肉馅上再放一些水淀粉抹匀上面盖</SPAN>1</SPAN>张鸡蛋薄饼,用手将饼压实,使其与水淀粉完全粘合。</SPAN>
5</SPAN>,将做好的肉蛋饼用刀切成</SPAN>1</SPAN>寸长零点</SPAN>2</SPAN>寸宽的条待用。</SPAN>
