制法:1.</SPAN>将猪肉按肥瘦3</SPAN>:7</SPAN>匹配,搅碎成大小不等的肉丁,在绞肉过程中要加入适量生姜水,同时为了调节咸淡分次少许适量添加酱油,以使酱油可以完全渗到肉里。(这时如能放到冰箱一会效果更佳)</SPAN></SPAN>
2.</SPAN></SPAN>紧接着分次少许添加水,否则馅易出汤。最后放入味精,香油和葱末搅拌均匀即可。</SPAN></SPAN>
3.</SPAN></SPAN>把面糅合做好,擀成薄厚均匀,大小适当、褶花均匀、口严紧的圆皮。</SPAN></SPAN>
4.</SPAN></SPAN>然后包子上屉蒸5</SPAN>分钟即成口味醇香、鲜嫩适口之狗不理包子</SPAN></SPAN>。</SPAN>
