什么是新能源汽车和能源的融合?"?新能源汽车融汇新能源、新材料和互联网、大数据、人工智能等多种变革性技术,推动汽车从单纯交通工具向移动智能终端、储能单元和数字空间转变,带动能源、交通、信息通信基础设施改造升级,促进能源消费结构优化、交通体系和城市运行智能化水平提升,对建设清洁美丽世界、构建人类命运共同体具有重要意义。"此句意味着对新能源电动汽车战略意义和未来场景描绘的非常清晰。政府对新能源汽车的产业规划和未来格局的判断真的是高屋建瓴。


有个大背景,新能源车虽然是零排放,但由于国内是为主,能源不是零排放,所以在?"30?·?60?双碳目标?"?提出后,由为代表的可再生能源将逐步被光伏风电为代表的不可再生能源替代,风电和太阳能发电等新能源的跨越式发展,给储能发展带来了新机遇。

第二类是移动式微网,曾毓群一直在提,宁德时代三大发展方向的第一个是?"?移动式储能替代?",新能源汽车搭载?60?度以上的电池包,在满足放电功能的情况下,就是一个典型的?"?移动式储能?"?工具。所谓汽车与能源的融合包括充放两个概念,清洁能源充电到车辆,车辆作为储能工具放电,我们日常所提的?V2G(Vehicle-to-Grid)仅仅是放电形式的一种。

那么汽车与能源的融合是不是很遥远?无论是产业还是资本,大家对?"?光储充放?"?的观点是:目前?"?光储充放?"?的发展阶段就像十年前的新能源汽车,考虑到产业的融合速度和技术、成本发展加快,光储充放的成熟度和普及度将远远超过新能源汽车,也就是在?3-5?年后,光储充放将有希望在城市或者乡村得到较多的应用推广。

所以,今年以来,光储充放一直在二级市场最关注的领域,在新能源车水涨船高的情况下,该领域仍然是估值洼地,中国新能源汽车虽然起步较早,但在光储充放建设和应用方面,着实不如欧美国家,由于电价原因,国内的光储充放发展较慢,始终没有跑出一家像特斯拉一样的能源企业。

特斯拉的?"?光储充放?"?系统一共包括三个产品,第一个?"?光?"?环节产品,即特斯拉的?Solar Panels(太阳能面板),在这个?"?大太阳能?"?概念里,大家只需要看隆基股份的市值,便能感受到市场的无限空间;第二个是?"?储?"?环节产品,即?Powerwall?家用电池组——固定式的家用?"?充电宝?",容量不高,但足以满足家用,过去特斯拉没有电池生产能力,Powerwall?家用电池组一直是用的松下的电芯,现在特斯拉也有了电芯制造能力。从更大的范畴来说,特斯拉的汽车动力电池可以看做是?"?储?"?环节的另一个产品,汽车动力电池扮演的是移动式的家用?"?充电宝?";第三个是?"?充?"?环节的?Supercharger(超级充电桩),这个产品大家非常熟悉。

欧美国家在这个领域的优势非常明显,从家用电价成本看,中国每度电大概是?0.08-0.1?美元,美国每度电大概是?0.15?美元,而欧洲国家基本都在?0.2?美元以上,欧美国家居住分散且面积大,安装?"?光储充?"?基础设施也有先天优势。

尽管国内没有太好的基础,但政府在近两年一直出台政策推动?"?光储充?"?的发展,建设了多座光储充一体化充电站,江苏、、上海、北京、山东等地的光储充充电桩都已投入运营,但由于成本和运营等问题,多为?"?示范运营?",未进行大面积推广。

How to select electric vehicle charging pile cable? The charging pile is generally a high-power intermittent charging facility, which can provide one to several vehicle charging. It is generally an unmanaged public facility. The charging station shall have sufficient power supply and can charge several to dozens of battery combinations at the same time. According to the demand, the pile enterprise can be contacted to reasonably handle the batteries of different specifications for charging.

 

As an important way of power transmission, charging pile cable has European standards, American standards and new national standards for conductive charging interface standards and wire and cable specifications of electric vehicles.

 

Relevant standards / specifications: at present, there are 5 types of conductive charging interface systems in the world:

 

IEC 62196-1,2. AC charging standards mainly adopted in European countries; IEC 62196-3 is mainly the definition standard of DC charging pile interface.

 

SAE J1772 is the earliest charging interface standard implemented at present. It is widely used in the United States and Japan. Its five core AC charging interface is defined as type 1 interface in iec62196.

 

GB / T 20234,1,2,3 is currently a national standard, which solves the problem of inconsistent charging interfaces in different regions and power grid companies in China.

 

Most of the main members of chademo are from Japan. In order to promote the unification of fast charging specifications in Japan, chademo is mainly adopted by Japanese car manufacturers.

 

Specification of charging pile wire and cable: mainly composed of conductor, insulation, shielding and sheath

 

1.Conductor: multi strand fine twisted oxygen free copper wire, in line with relevant standards

2.Insulation: special mixed PVC insulation material

3.Inner sheath: anti oxidation tinned copper mesh braided shield, which can effectively prevent the interference of various signals

4.Outer sheath and color: purj polyurethane material; Gray, black, orange (can be customized according to customer requirements)

5.Rated voltage: new national standard AC / DC cable AC 450 / 750V; European standard AC 300 / 500V, 450 / 750V; DC 1000V; American Standard 300V, 600V or 1000V

6.Test voltage: 2500V

7.Test temperature: high and low temperature resistance, - 40 ℃ to + 105 ℃

8.Minimum bending radius: ≥ 6 * OD
