做了好几天的蛋糕卷,有点腻了,想到了不用烤箱的提拉米苏,所以就来试试手啦,结果很是美味啊:)

方子和步骤参考了杨猫的:

材料:</SPAN>淡奶油125</SPAN>克、蛋黄2</SPAN>个、细砂糖50</SPAN>克、吉利丁片2</SPAN>片、奶油芝干士250</SPAN>克、戚风蛋糕2</SPAN>片、咖啡粉5ML</SPAN>、朗姆酒10ML</SPAN>、水50ML</SPAN>、可可粉适量</SPAN>
做法:</SPAN>
1</SPAN>、蛋黄加25</SPAN>克糖用电动搅拌器打发至乳白色</SPAN>
2</SPAN>、吉利丁片用凉水泡软</SPAN>
3</SPAN>、咖啡粉、朗姆酒、水混合成酒糖液</SPAN>
4</SPAN>、将泡好的吉利丁片加入做法(一)中搅拌至融化</SPAN>
5</SPAN>、在做法(四)中加入奶油芝士拌均</SPAN>
6</SPAN>、另取一干净容器,将淡奶油加入25</SPAN>克糖用电动搅拌器打发至湿性发泡后倒入做法(五)中拌均</SPAN>
7</SPAN>、取模具,先铺上一层蛋糕片,刷上酒糖液,倒入一半的打发奶油,再铺上一层蛋糕片,刷上酒糖液,将余下的打发奶油倒入</SPAN>
