主料:</STRONG>
里脊、鸡蛋、面粉(白面)、油、醋、白糖和青椒</STRONG>
 
做法:</STRONG>
1、猪里脊切片,用适量的盐、料酒、黑胡椒粉和味精抓匀并腌制5分钟;</STRONG>
2、用面粉和鸡蛋加点水打成均匀的面糊;</STRONG>
3、油锅加热,60度左右下入挂糊的里脊炸至定型;</STRONG>
4、</STRONG>锅中余油继续烧热,爆香葱及大蒜,放入青椒炒熟,加入调味料(少许盐)及炒过的里脊肉加点(糖和醋)炒至入味即可。</STRONG>
