调料:香葱、姜、蒜、xo辣酱、大酱、盐、鸡精、烧酒、油、胡椒粉
做法:
1:豆腐切丁,红椒切小块
2、鲜鱿鱼洗净,切圈、葱姜蒜切末。
3、锅中放油,煸香葱姜蒜,放入xo辣酱、和大酱煸出香味。
4、放入鲜鱿鱼炒匀。
5、放少许水,加盐、胡椒粉、烧酒、鸡精调味。
6、放入牡蛎稍微烧制入味。
7、放入豆腐,红椒块烧至入味。
8、最后,放入小油菜烧制短生即可,放入烧热的石锅中上桌了。
