        1、</SPAN></SPAN> 将苋菜去老梗后洗净,在最后一次清洗时,要像揉衣服一

       样将菜轻揉数下。</SPAN>

        2、</SPAN></SPAN> 灶上放锅,锅内不用放油,直接将苋菜与拍碎的蒜放入,</SPAN>
       以中火将苋菜烤萎,其间要不停翻动。</SPAN>

        3、</SPAN></SPAN> 顺锅边倒入油,翻炒均匀。</SPAN>

        4、</SPAN></SPAN>加入盐、鸡精与少许的糖(加糖可提鲜)调味</SPAN>

</SPAN></SPAN>
        5、</SPAN></SPAN>以中小火将苋菜再烧7</SPAN>、8</SPAN>分钟,使其汤汁完全渗出,梗茎</SPAN>
