【原料】：鸡翅1斤，辣椒少许，姜片少许，蒜苗3根，郫县豆瓣酱、甜面酱、豆豉酱适量，酱油2勺，花椒、大料、孜然各少许，料酒3勺 【做法】： 1、锅内加入姜片开水，鸡翅下锅，小火煮10分钟，鸡汤滤过浮沫备用。 2、锅内放入少许油，5成热时下入花椒大料，辣椒，姜片小火煸香。 3、锅内加入豆瓣酱、甜面酱、豆豉酱炒香，放入孜然。 4、鸡翅入锅，大火炒上色后加入鸡汤，酱油，小火炖至汤收至三分之一时再次加入姜片。 5、蒜苗洒在鸡翅表面，收汁出锅。 阅读全文>> |
